The counseling process is structured across multiple sequential rounds as listed below
Main Counseling Rounds
• 1st Round:
Registration and payment run from- 26th October 2026 to 1st November 2026, followed by seat allotment processing, and a reporting window from 4th November to 13th November 2026.
• 2nd Round:
Registration takes place from 16th November to 19th November 2026, with candidates reporting to allotted institutes between 22nd November and 26th November 2026.
• 3rd Round:
Registration happens between 1st December and 3rd December 2026, with the reporting window open from 6th December to 10th December 2026.
Stray Vacancy Rounds (SVR)
• Stray Vacancy Round I (SVR-I): Registration and choice filling are scheduled from 14th December to 16th December 2026, with institute reporting between 19th December and 22nd December 2026.
• Stray Vacancy Round II (SVR-II): No new registration or choice filling is allowed; choices from SVR-I are automatically considered. Results are published on 25th December 2026, and candidate reporting concludes on 29th December 2026.
The final verification of joined candidate data across all rounds wraps up on 31st December 2026.
